Founder & CEO
Desirae R. Denson, MBA, PMP is the Founder and CEO of Binding Hearts, Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals and families impacted by mental illness, addiction, poverty, and other life challenges. With a strong background in leadership, project management, and community advocacy, Desirae is passionate about connecting people to essential resources, restoring hope, and helping others build stable, successful futures. Her heart for service and dedication to uplifting others are the foundation of Binding Hearts’ mission.
Having served individuals and families in need for years before formally establishing Binding Hearts in 2024, she believes everyone deserves compassion, dignity, and access to opportunities for a better future.
